The project consists of paving (overlays) five county streets in the Twin Rocks unincorporated community south of Rockaway Beach, Tillamook. County. Total base bid includes 1,075 tons of asphalt. There are two additive alternatives to pave an additional two county streets for an additional 410 tons of asphalt. Project includes adjustment to manholes and water valves to accommodate the overlays. The engineer's estimate is between Zero Dollars ($0) and Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000). The project includes the following locations: Washington Street, Front Street (South 1st Avenue), Anchor Street, Beacon Street and Breaker Avenue South. Doc note: may be purchased at a pre-paid cost of fifty dollars ($50), payable only by check or money order to Tillamook County Public Works, (Allow two (2) workdays for reproduction of plans Protests of bid specifications shall be presented, in writing, to the Tillamook County Counsel, 201 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, Oregon 97141, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing. prior to them being mailed out to re- questing contractors.)
