This project consists of repaving the Netarts Boat Basin Parking Lot, including asphalt removal, paving (590 tons), and striping. The specifications and bid forms may be viewed at the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners' Office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or obtained electronically at no charge by request. Each prospective contractor must provide full company name, address, contact name, phone, and e-mail address at the time of request. Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified under ORS 279B.120. The contract is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Law). Sealed bids must be submitted to the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners' Office, Attention: Isabel Gilda, and marked accordingly. Bids must be received by the specified deadline. No bids will be accepted by fax or electronic data interchange. Bids may be withdrawn before opening upon written request of the bidder. All bids will be opened and read aloud at the designated location and time.
