Qualified contractors must provide service, inspection, testing, and monitoring at four locations inclusive of four buildings, Stations 11, 12, 13, and 14, for a term of five years. The scope of services includes annual inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems; fire suppression systems (fire sprinklers); and of backflow and forward flow devices. Monitoring of the fire alarm system is required, as well as servicing all systems as needed. Inspections must be NFPA 25 compliant with the fire systems. Proposals must be submitted electronically and received by the specified deadline. Submittals will be considered received when they arrive in the Procurement email inbox, and the email subject line should include the project name. Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be opened or reviewed. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements, as well as any or all proposals in whole or in part if it is in the best interest of the City.
