The Department of Administrative Services requests bids to secure construction services for the Motor Pool HVAC Upgrade and Re-roofing Project. The project is located at Fleet and Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd SE, Salem, Oregon. This contract is for a public improvement subject to applicable state requirements. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference in its entirety, either directly or through an authorized representative. Bids from those who do not comply with these attendance requirements will be rejected as non-responsive. Offer(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements. Any or all offers may be rejected if in the public interest to do so.
