Site work and paving for a road / highway in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, rehabilitation of existing roadways by cold plane removal of existing materials; placement of asphalt concrete pavement; curb and sidewalk removal and replacement for compliance with ADA requirements; water main replacement; signal modification; striping and signing; landscaping; and other appurtenant work. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid forms electronically via Equity Hub's Bid Locker. No late bids will be accepted. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for seventy-five days. Prospective bidders are responsible for checking the designated website for any addenda. Minimum system requirementsmust be met for electronic submission Engineer's Estimate $4,800,000 to $5,300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 11/28/2025 Requests for changes to the Contract Documents must be delivered in writing to the Contracts and Procurement Manager at contracts@cityofsalem.net not less than ten days prior to date indicated in the Invitation to Bid for the receipt of Bids.
