Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mauldin, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City is interested in firms with experience in large concrete projects to remove and dispose of damaged sidewalk sections from East Butler Road (S-23-107) to Murray Drive (S-23-928). New sidewalk sections will be repoured in the removed sections at a minimum thickness of 4-inches for all walkways and 6-inches along all driveways. The approximate length of damaged sidewalks is approximately 1,239 linear feet with a nominal width of 4-feet. Six (6) sets of ADA cross walk ramps will be required at the intersections of Murray Drive, Wilson Street, Pleasant Drive, Sunrise Drive, Mauldin Circle, and Moore Street. A Summary of the linear feet of damaged sidewalk is presented at the end of the RFP. The Scope of Work is designed to guide vendors in preparing their proposals by detailing the critical aspects of the project, as well as the expectations for performance, resources, and reporting.
