The Youngs Intercounty Drain project consists of clearing, open drain construction, culvert removal and replacement, berm construction, driveway repair, traffic control, landscape restoration, and soil erosion and sedimentation control. The project also includes the furnishing of all supplies, installation, and construction of the major items of work related to these activities. The contract covers the quantities and character of tile or pipe, with appurtenances, as needed for the drain construction. All bidders are expected to provide construction bids for the complete section described.
