Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Corunna, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are requested for the following: 2026 Asphalt Skip Patching/Materials Picked Up and 2026 Bituminous Paving Program. All materials must meet Michigan Department of State Highway and County approved specifications, and prices are to be F.O.B. Corunna, Michigan. Bid specification forms must be used and may be obtained from the Shiawassee County Road Commission office, website, or via email. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside as either "Asphalt Skip Patching" or "Bituminous Paving," and include the bidder's name and address. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, waive irregularities or informalities, and make the award in part or in entirety as deemed in the best interest of the County. Minority business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of gender, disability, race, color, or national origin.
