"The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers." The request is for proposals to provide Construction Management and Field Inspection Services for the Sewer Relief Trunk Line Project. The project area runs from Renz Lane in the City of Gilroy to the intersection of Highland Avenue and Harding Avenue in San Martin, with work located within public rights-of-way and utility easements. The City seeks a construction management firm to assist in bidding, awarding, and constructing the project. The initial scope is outlined in Exhibit A, with the final tasks to be determined during negotiations. All services must comply with the City's Standard Consultant Agreement. Proposals must be submitted in six written copies and one digital copy, along with two copies of the estimated fee, each in separately labeled envelopes.
