Hand labor may be required to perform the specified work in certain areas. Hand labor shall be considered incidental to the type of mowing being performed. Maintenance of Traffic and Mobilization are incidental to the bid items listed. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions posted to this site will be responded to by the Department.
