Site work for a power facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.

Scope of work includes site development work for proposed megapack station. The site development scope includes but not limited to: Erosion Control BMP's, clearing, stripping, stockpiling, grading (excavation and compacted backfill), trenching, undercut, subgrade preparation, gravel paving, fencing, gates, concrete equipment pads, site stabilization, and seeding SITE A: The Mountain Creek Energy Storage site located at: 21926 River Canyon Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405. SITE B: The Fairmount Energy Storage site located at: 2984 US 127, Signal Mountain, TN 37377 EPB reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids, waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Board.
