Renovation of an educational facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
As of December 04, 2025, project was awarded to Hobbs & Associates, but awarded amount is not available. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted electronically to doe_purchasing@hcde.org no later than 8 calendar days prior to the Opening/Due date designated herein. Sealed bids/proposals are requested for West View Elementary and North Hamilton County Elementary chillers. Submissions must be received in the Purchasing Department prior to the designated opening time. Late submissions will be considered non-responsive. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. Documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Departments Vendor Registry website. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the lowest bid. Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to provide a variety of HVAC equipment (Inverter Scroll Heat Pump Chillers) to the following schools: West View Elementary and North Hamilton County Elementary School. Excludes installation services. 2.0 DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES 2.1 The services and products provided by the Vendor shall include but not be limited to the following provisions and those as outlined with in the provided cutsheet specification
