Demolition for a road / highway in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed bids for DEMOLITION PROJECT will be received. Vendors must be registered in West Virginia. Only one proposal may be submitted by each respondent unless alternate bid specifications are included. Envelopes must be clearly marked. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the bid, and for corporations, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Each bidder must include a certified check, bank draft, or acceptable surety bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, in the public interest. E.E.O. Clause statements apply. Compliance with nondiscrimination and labor statutes is required. Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices are assumed firm. Deviations from specifications must be clearly indicated. Reply on your form and indicate list price, discount, extended net price, terms, F.O.B. point, and shipping schedule where applicable.
