Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the construction of ADA-compliant sidewalk, curb ramp, and pedestrian crossing improvements as identified in the plans. All work must adhere to the project specifications, applicable drawings, and the terms and conditions outlined in the contract. Contractors are responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Any work not explicitly identified but required to complete the project shall be incidental to the contract and will not be paid for separately. Contractors must hold the appropriate license classification as required by North Carolina General Statutes and submit proof of an active license if awarded the contract. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each valued at 100% of the contract price, will be required. Surety certification must confirm compliance with North Carolina licensing requirements. The project must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. The Town of Fuquay-Varina reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects and reject any or all bids. Deadline for question submittal will be Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 5:00 pm. All questions should be submitted in writing to csimonson@fuquay-varina.org
