**As of December 23, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project will provide exterior façade repairs at the west side of Martha Van Rensselaer Hall. Work includes removing approximately 1,500 SF of Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EFIS) and replacing with insulated metal panels. This repair work will renew a portion of the building to correct damage. A Bid Bond in the amount of a minimum of 10% of Bid Amount Prior to commencement of on-site construction activities, the successful Bidder shall furnish the Owner with Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any informalities in Bidding. Contract award shall be subject to approval of Cornell Universitys Contractors Qualification Statement.
