Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This is a single-prime contract project that will consist of all work associated with the General Construction Contract. All questions for clarification must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Brooks Hendrix (project manager) @ bhendrix@cityofithaca.org and the Design Team at Tetra Tech Engineering: Jodi Schmohe @ jodi.schmohe@tetratech.com, by no later than the end of day on Thursday December 11, 2025. Documents may be examined on the City's Website or at the following location: City of Ithaca, Engineering Office, 108 E. Green Street, Ithaca, NY. 14850 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
