Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This is a single-prime contract project that will consist of all work associated with the General Construction Contract. All questions for clarification must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Brooks Hendrix (project manager) @ bhendrix@cityofithaca.org and the Design Team at Tetra Tech Engineering: Jodi Schmohe @ jodi.schmohe@tetratech.com, by no later than the end of day on Thursday December 11, 2025.
