A new 34,500Y/19.900V-480Y/277V, 1,500 KVA Transformer. 2. Copper or Aluminum Windings 3. FR3 Fluid 4. Storage 5. Delivery to Site Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that have been barred from competing on public works under General Municipal Law 5A-103-b.
