Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Removal and replacement of Portland Cement concrete pavement including mountable and/or vertical curb (full street replacement), paved approaches; crack sealing; ADA ramps and truncated domes; sodding; and other incidental items within St. Louis County. The successful Bidder or Bidders shall be required to comply with the most current applicable State statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages on public works, Section 290.210 through 290.340 R.S. Mo. 1959, as amended. Pursuant to SLCRO 107.071, the County has established the following Minority and Woman-owned Business Enterprises ("M/WBE") and Workforce Participation Goals: M/WBE Goals MBE Goal: 27.75% WBE Goal: 11.25% Workforce Goals Minority Participation Goal: 25% Female Participation Goal: 7% County Resident labor goal: 23% Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. All checks shall be made payable to "Treasurer, St. Louis County." The right is reserved by the County Council to reject any or all bids.
