Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work includes: The provision and installation of the site improvements as stipulated on the plans for site, landscape, storm water and other necessary improvements at the designated site. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. The City of Sunset Hills reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the proposals, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for other or more favorable terms or prices, and/or to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost proposal, with or without negotiation.
