Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Flagstaff, Arizona. Working plans call for the construction of a 72,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to the complete reconstruction of the Fourth Street Campus at Coconino Community College. The scope involves redevelopment of the campus into a modern, multi-purpose educational and community hub, encompassing a 72,000 GSF facility to replace the existing aging structure. As of April 30, 2026, this project is in the early design phase. The bond has been approved. An Architect and Construction Manager at Risk have been selected. Design completion is anticipated February or March 2027. Construction may begin late May 2027. Occupancy is anticipated fall 2028 or spring 2029.
