Reference Number 0000306930 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/05 02:00:00 PM EST The Design, Supply and Installation/Fabrication of a DEF Shed capable of storing 1,000 - 2,000 gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), shall be erected and fully operational no later than February 13, 2026. The Continuous Supply, Delivery and Monitoring of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) will be for the duration of the contract term, as described in the Summary above with initial delivery occurring upon completion of the DEF Shed. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of ONTC to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
