Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane Valley, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received for the following project at the time and location listed below: EVSD Mechanical Upgrades Per RCW 39.80.040, EVSD encourages minority and women-owned firms and veteran-owned firms to respond to this call for bids. In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. In addition, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid. This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond. The East Valley School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive bidding informalities.
