Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lisle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Lisle Park District. The success ful bidder, as deter mined by the Lisle Park District, shall be required to pay, and to agree to pay no less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages, pursuant to the Illinois Prevail ing Wage Act (820 ILCS130) for the local ity of the Lisle Park District,(DuPage County), to each laborer worker, or mechanicneeded or used to complete the work as detailed in the contract to be let. The successful contractor, and all subcon trac tors shall be required to submit, to the Lisle Park District, certified payrolls no later than the tenth day of each calen dar month for theimme di at elypreceding month. The Lisle Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. The Lisle Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
