Brookings Municipal Utilities (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Brookings WWTP Dewatering Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Modifications in existing Digester Building. Removal/Demolition of existing dewatering screw press, polymer blending feed system, pumps, process piping and electrical. Installation of new dewatering screw press feed pump, process piping and valves and electrical. New Dewatering Building. Concrete and masonry. Roofing Membrane System. HVAC, ductwork and other mechanical items. Plumbing systems. Installation of two dewatering screw presses (one new, one existing), two polymer blending systems (one new, one existing), dewatered sludge conveyor belt and conveyor maintenance platform/stairs and process piping and valves. Monorails with hoists Maintenance platform. Electrical and controls. New Biosolids Storage Bunker. Concrete work for structure. Civil Site Earthwork and site grading. Groundwater dewatering. Site underground process, sanitary and water piping. Site paving, sidewalks, driveways.
