**As of January 13th, 2026, the project was awarded to WyoDak Energy Services, LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,071,337.51** Question Deadline 12/05/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered. The project generally consists of replacing the aging water mains in S. 2nd and S. 3rd Streets between Oak and Elm Street in addition to the sanitary sewer replacement in the alley connecting N. 3rd Street to N. 4th Street directly behind the businesses on the north side of Center Street between 3rd and 4th Streets. The project includes approximately 600 linear feet of 8-inch DR18 C900 PVC water main including ductile iron fittings, hydrants, and water services to and through the curb stop. It also includes 645 linear feet of 8-inch SDR35 PVC sanitary sewer main and manholes. The project will include an asphalt trench patch and some concrete repair. Site Directions: Take exit 140 from I-25 into Douglas and continue on the off ramp the intersection of Hwy 59 and W. Yellowstone Hwy. Continue through the lights onto W. Yellowstone Hwy for approximately 1.2 miles. Then turn right onto S. 2nd Street on continue to the intersection of Oak and S. 2nd Street. The first half of the project is bound by Oak Street and Elm Street on S. 2nd and S. 3rd Street. The second half of the project is also located on the north side of Center Street between N. 4th and N. 3rd Street in the alley behind the Budget Newspaper Building.
