Renovation of a detention facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

This Restroom Renovation project is being bid for Franklin County Community Based Correctional Institute and consists of demolition, new showers, sinks and toilets, concrete floor slab infills, resinous flooring, new ceilings, plumbing modifications, mechanical modifications and electrical modifications. Please see the Bid Package Scopes of Work for details on this project. Work is expected to start in January 2026 and continue through June 2026. The completion date will be negotiated with the successful bidder, based upon the bidder's submitted schedule. Work hours on site will be 8-hours shifts, Monday through Thursday. No work will be performed on site on Fridays or weekends unless otherwise approved by prison officials.
