IBERIA PARISH GOVERNMENT invites qualified architectural firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the IBERIA PARISH GOVERNMENT IBERIA PARISH PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY WIND RETROFIT PROJECT. The project includes consulting architectural services in accordance with all requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agencys Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA), Federal Code of Regulations (2CRF200), the State of Louisiana, and the standard of IBERIA PARISH GOVERNMENT. All architectural firms must be registered with the Louisiana State Board of Architectural Examiners, and a current Certificate of Registration must be attached to each Statement of Qualification. The project will be awarded based on the highest recommendation and points following a selection committee review of the submitted Statement of Qualifications and work references. Only firms responding in accordance with the official Request for Qualifications packet obtained from IBERIA PARISH GOVERNMENT or Central Bidding will be considered. The selected firm will be required to execute the Parish standard contract for Architectural Services as amended for this project, and a fixed sum contract will be negotiated. Responding firms must be prepared to provide an audited overhead rate for contract negotiation and cost reasonableness determination.
