Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Working plans call for the construction of a 4,500-square-foot, one-story above grade, five-unit multi-residential development.
This project involves completing the interior and exterior finishing of five modular cottages located on city-owned land at 22 Barrows Street. Each cottage is made up of two prefabricated modules supplied and installed by Preferred Building Systems of Claremont, NH, offering around 900 square feet of finished living space. Attics will not be accessible, and basements will remain unfinished for future completion by the owner. The city, represented by staff and an experienced project manager, will serve as the general contractor and directly contract all sub-contractors, including electrical, mechanical, and finish carpentry work. Both city staff and the project manager are highly experienced in modular construction.
