Project: In accordance with requirements of the Massachusetts Designer Selection Law, the Town of Boylston ("Owner") seeks the services of a qualified, registered architect to provide professional design and construction administration services for the construction of a new Fire Station in Boylston, Massachusetts (the "Project"). Selection of the architect will be made by the Town of Boylston, Board of Selectmen. Scope: The selected architect shall provide Designer Services through Project Closeout for the Project, including Basic Designer Services for all phases from Schematic Design through Project Closeout. Time Period for Completed Project: Late fall 2026 bid; construction anticipated to begin summer 2027 and be completed in 2028.
