The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) invites sealed bid proposals from qualified licensed electricians to perform various electrical maintenance and repair services at any time when the department does not have the available resources to do so. Contract is for a maximum of one year (1) or maximum spending of $30,000.00. Expected contract award date is in December of 2025. Bids are subject to the minimum prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 - 27D. AS 50% payment bond is required of all prospective bidders, any contractor failing to do so will be disqualified from the bid process. The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development, as the Awarding Authority, reserves the right to make no award, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
