The project consists of chip-sealing the following downtown streets: Warm Springs Road, Valleywood Drive, Latigo, 10th Street, Sun Valley Road, 6th Street, Spruce, 9th Street, Walnut Ave, 4th Street, 2nd Avenue, 8th Street. Bidders shall provide all the equipment necessary to work and a detailed mobilization plan and timeline. The project must be completed in June of 2026. Base scope of work includes approximately 58,850 square yards of road surface with a bid alternate of an additional 32,410 square yards. This quantity is for reference only; bidders are pricing full scope of identified roads.
