Express photo by Roland Lane The Ketchum City Council voted 3-1 on Monday to enter into negotiations with an Idaho-based development team to build a 26-unit affordable housing complex at the city-owned YMCA south lot site. The units will be available to rent to low- and moderate-income tenants. Ketchum spokesman Daniel Hansen said the city hopes for construction to start in mid-to-late 2026. Ketchum solicited community housing proposals for the YMCA south lot and the Lift Tower Lodge site in March. The city received 10 proposals from seven developers for both sites. _________________________ The owner has determined a prequalified list of General Contractors. The City of Ketchum requests proposals for the development of deed-restricted community housing on city-owned property located at two locations: South YMCA Lot and the Lift Tower Lodge Lot.
