Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ketchum, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Ketchum is requesting submissions of qualifications for the following Project: Warm Springs Preserve Restoration Project Prequalification Warm Springs Preserve, a former golf course now preserved by the Ketchum community, offers a unique opportunity to enhance the landscape and restore critical ecosystems. The City of Ketchum developed a Vision Plan in 2022-2023, which outlines key restoration and infrastructure improvements needed for the Preserve. The City is open for public bid construction package pertaining to the Utilities, Welcome Building and Paving. Specifically, this section includes the construction of a new restroom and storage building, utilities installation, and paving for access roads and parking areas. The new building will meet the needs of park visitors and serve as an integral part of the Preserve's infrastructure. Utilities for the site, including water and electricity, will be installed to support the new restroom and storage facilities. The work also includes paving new access roads, parking lots, and trailheads, ensuring ease of access to all areas of the Preserve while adhering to ADA accessibility guidelines. Irrigation and Restoration aspects to the project have been pre-qualified and are closed to only those contractors who were accepted during that qualification period.
