Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Ketchum, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Fifth St Infill Completed Work will provide the Owner with a new curb and gutter, paver sidewalk, modular block retaining wall, modular suspended pavement system (for future trees), tree grates and forms, asphalt patching, pavement marking and pedestrian lighting. Minor utility reconnections will be required. Second St Infill Completed Work will provide the Owner with a new curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete stairs and ramp with railing, asphalt patching, and pavement marking. Removal of an existing concrete and rock fill ramp will be required. Contingency allowance work will include miscellaneous surface and grading improvements up to the total allowance amount of $80,000. Work could include but is not limited to concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt paving removal and replacement, re-grading of bare ground and landscaping, removal of existing concrete landscaping boxes. Minor utility and irrigation adjustments may be required. The City of Ketchum is requesting bids for the following Project: Fifth and Second Street Sidewalk Infills Project
