Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Franklin, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are requested for the public housing Modernization Project KY36P099-501(24)&(25). The project consists of bathroom upgrades. Bidders can review the Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Form of Contract, Drawings, Specifications, and related documents at specified locations. Bidding documents must be purchased at Lynn Imaging to be eligible to submit a bid; partial sets will not be issued. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds are required and must be provided by a surety company listed in the latest issue of U. S. Treasury Circular 570 and authorized to do business in the project state. Minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid. The contract is subject to the "Section 3" Clause for utilization of low-income businesses and individuals from the project area where feasible. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Orders 11246 and 11375, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hour Standard Act. Bidders must certify they do not provide segregated facilities. Minority and female participation goals are highlighted. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening date. Extend Contract Time to 240 calendar days
