Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Peachtree City, Georgia. Working plans call for the construction of a 3,218-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
*The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. A Request for Proposals for CMaR is expected to be released in a future date. Fayette County, Georgia invites you to submit a proposal for the construction of the proposed Fayette County Animal Shelter Phase II building. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk. This project is a 3,218sqft building with kennels, a barn / stable area, outside fenced in dog runs and walking paths around the property with pavilions and gazebos. You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the information contained herein. Questions will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 10th, 2025.
