The Town of Lexington invites sealed bids for the Central Office Demolition Project, located at 146 Maple Street. DCAMM certification in the demolition category is required. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. No work will continue until all logs are signed daily. At the completion of the total project, should quantities removed were found to be less than the listed below, the asbestos contractor will be required to issue a credit to the owner based on unit prices or will be paid at the unit prices should quantities removed were found to be greater than the listed below.
