The Town of Lexington invites sealed bids for the Water Pipes and Fittings Contract. Bid documents are available online. Sealed bids must be delivered to 1625 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420. The Town intends to award multiple contracts and reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. There will be no pre-bid conference. The Town of Lexington requests the following work be completed: Water Pipes and Fittings work for the Department of Public Works. The initial term of the agreement shall commence on January 1, 2025 and will complete on December 31, 2026. The Town intends to award this contract to multiple vendors.
