The completed system shall provide clear, accurate, and dependable game information for players, coaches, and spectators. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and supervision necessary for a complete, turn-key installation that meets or exceeds the requirements described below. The specifications are general requirements and not intended to exclude a proposal as the District desires vendors to put forth their best proposal. The District requires installation at all four high schools to be completed by February 9, 2026. Please specify in your bid if you cannot meet this requirement with a proposed date. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: 1. The company must include the design, delivery and installation of all proposed products in the proposal. 2. The company must oversee any and all aspects of the project including working with any subcontractors. 3. The company must be able to complete installation at all four high schools by February 9, 2025. If this cannot be done during this time, please let us know the time frame for installation. 4. The Firm must keep the work site and surrounding areas free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by operations from the installation of materials. 5. The successful Firm must submit the brand, make and model of all equipment to The School District of Pickens County for approval prior to installation.
