The project is receiving federal funding and will be subject to the Build America Buy America Act requirements. This is a Construction Management at Risk project under MGL Ch149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if interested in bidding on the project. DCAMM Certification applies to this process. This RFQ is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the qualification statement. At a later date, only pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification.
