Site work for a recreation facility in Michigan City, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
Each Bidder shall file with his/her sealed proposal all documents required by the City and the State of Indiana, as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The Michigan City Park Board reserves the right to waive any informality and to accept or reject any or all bids submitted. Board shall award bid to the lowest and most responsive bidder. Bids may be held by the Michigan City Park Board for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders prior to awarding contracts. All verbal and written communication must be directed to this contact person only and any addendum to the bid documents she deems appropriate will be disseminated to all entities bidding on this project.
