The general description of the work includes installation of a temporary power supply to the filtration building located in the Sanitary District Wastewater Treatment Plant, isolation and removal of the existing electrical transformer, formation and pouring of a new elevated concrete pad for the replacement transformer, setting and energizing the new transformer, removal of the temporary power feed, returning the filtration building to the permanent power supply, restoration of the site to original condition, and removal of all debris. Bids must be properly and completely executed on the project Bid Proposal form. No oral, telephoned, telegraphed, faxed, or emailed bids or changes to bids will be considered. The District reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to any Bidder or Bidders to the advantage of the District, or to reject all bids.
