Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services of Life Safety Systems and Fire Extinguishers. Question Deadline: Fri Dec 5, 2025 12:00:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 1 Site meeting description: Bidders are invited to attend a Bidders' meeting. Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. Bidders who wish to attend the meeting should submit their full name along with their company name through the Bidding System at least one (1) Business Day prior to the meeting time to ensure their attendance is registered in advance. Bidders are encouraged to email their questions to the Procurement Analyst at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting. All questions submitted and asked at the meeting will be addressed in the form of an addendum to form part of this RFT. Bidders are strictly prohibited from the use of any technology, including without limitation Artificial Intelligence, to record the content of any information meeting (in-person) without prior written authorization from the Procurement Analyst. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the disqualification of the Bidder and the rejection of their Bid. No other meeting will be scheduled. It is the responsibility of Bidders to understand all aspects of this RFT prior to submitting their Bid.
