Renovation of an educational facility in Bossier City, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received for the Sun City Elementary School HVAC System Replacement, Project Number BPSB Bid # 26-06. Bidding documents must be obtained from www.BidExpress.com, which is the only authorized distribution service. Bids may be submitted electronically through BidExpress, with applicable fees and a required digital signature certificate. Bid security equal to five percent of the base bid and all alternates must be included, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond as per state law. Performance, Maintenance, and Payment Bonds must be provided on forms supplied by the owner. Only contractors licensed under Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law for Mechanical classification are eligible. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is a pre-condition for eligibility to bid.
