The City of Pasco, Washington (City) Department of Public Works - Engineering is requesting Proposals from qualified Firms to provide On-Call Materials Testing services for projects pertaining to their current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) in addition to supplementary projects that originate during the calendar years of 2026-2028, including the potential for federally funded projects. It is anticipated that three (3) Firms will be selected for this RFP. The selected Firm(s) shall be responsible for performing all tasks necessary to complete the work, including testing, inspecting, and documentation of materials according to proper applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200. All federally-funded projects will be held to federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. The City of Pasco is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all submissions and factors involved make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Pasco. The City also reserves the right to amend terms of this RFP to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFP at any time, regardless of how much time and effort Firms have spent on their responses.
