As of February 06, 2026, project was awarded to Tapani Plumbing, Inc, but awarded amount is not available. Widen North Railroad Avenue for approximately 0.78 miles. The existing 22-foot paved width will be widened and overlaid to create two 12-foot lanes and a 5-foot shoulder on each side for a total paved width of 34 feet. Work includes roadway pavement markings, paving (asphalt or concrete), street and road concrete repair, lighting systems, street and road widening, traffic control, grubbing and clearing, signage, and traffic control flagging. There is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 9.0%. Bidders are notified that disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
