Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 48-unit multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of the City of Pasco and Franklin County (HACPFC) is seeking the services of a qualified, licensed construction firm or individual to provide construction services for a 48-unit LIHTC Affordable Housing Development (Heritage Blvd Apartments) in Pasco, WA. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Package, which contains the general scope of work, qualifications evaluation criteria and schedule of submittals required, is available by request. All qualification packages must be received by the stated deadline. The HACPFC has recently been awarded state funds and is in search of a General Contractor for a 48-unit affordable apartment complex that will be built on Heritage Boulevard in Pasco, WA. The project consists of 4 residential, walk-up apartment buildings, including 22 one bedroom and 26 two bedrooms, in addition to a community building for residents. The owner has hired ZBA as the architect of record (Architect). Early-stage plans are available to contractors invited to apply. In addition to construction of the buildings there are utility connections and roadwork included in the contract scope.
