The City of Pasco is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional services for the evaluation, design, and preparation of construction documents for improvements to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Project elements include upgrades to the non-potable water pumping system and the anaerobic digester gas storage and handling systems. The consultant will assist in developing a comprehensive project to address aging infrastructure and equipment that has exceeded its useful service life. Anticipated improvements include evaluation and replacement of non-potable water system pumps, anaerobic digester cleaning, valve replacement, and upgrades to the digester gas handling system. Work will also include evaluation and replacement of the existing digester gas storage membrane and associated system components to improve reliability, safety, and operational performance. It is the responsibility of the consultant to obtain any updates or addenda. Responses must be submitted electronically according to specified instructions. Technical questions regarding the scope must be put in writing to City Representatives. There is no pre-proposal site meeting. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities or irregularities, awarding the contract as best serves the interests of the City.
