The City of Pasco is requesting Statements of Qualifications from consulting engineering firms to provide professional services for evaluation, design, and preparation of construction documents for improvements to the City's anaerobic digester gas storage and gas handling systems at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Services include addressing aging equipment, such as digester cleaning, valve replacement, gas system upgrades, and replacement of the digester gas storage membrane (Dyster membrane or equivalent). Bidders are responsible for obtaining any updates or addenda from the City website. Responses must be submitted electronically by e-mail. Questions regarding the technical scope should be directed in writing to the specified City Representatives. Qualified firms may be invited for presentations. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities or irregularities in the submissions.
