This federally funded project provides Adaptive Signal Control (ASC) at five (5) City signalized intersections along State Route 303 (Wheaton Way). The Vendor will provide all associated hardware and software (e.g. adaptive software, central signal management system, on-premise or Vendor-hosted cloud environments); System Configuration, Integration, and Deployment; System Testing and Acceptance; Training; and Technical Support. The proposed ASC system must be compatible with the City's existing Econolite Cobalt traffic signal controllers. The City's Contractor will be responsible for installing supplemental vehicle detection furnished by the Vendor.
